It's the 15th April 2012 today. I went out for a Sunday's run as every Sunday. I started at a slow pace because I'm quite tired recently. The day is nice, it rained quite a lot yesterday so today it's quite cool whilst it's still sunny.
As I set off with a slow pace, I run quite casually, looking at the trees and flows along my way. The fig trees have already fruits on them. Even they are still small and green, I can imagine what they will look line in several months.
On my way, there was a seagull flying towards me, really low, I stared at him during 3 seconds while still running, we crossed each other, nothing happened. Then I spent 10 minutes thinking about him, what he wanted to do ?
I also take a little tour to the Garoupe beach which is 100 meters away from the main road I usually take. I passed by it but never went there, but today I decided to take a look. There are a few hotels and restaurants. From one of those restaurants, there comes a really good smell of BBQ with sea fruits. There is also a very small road along the rocks just beside the sea. It could be nice, I will take my family here.
Then finally I arrived at the Antibes center and it seems that I hadn't spent all my energy. But I thought I can just stop like this so I wouldn't be tired tomorrow. So the result is 12 kilometers in 1h14min.

Run No. 91. Fort-Carre d'Antibes
I haven't ran for the last two weeks because I'm too busy with other things. Finally, I found some time to go for a running on this Easter Monday holiday, April 9.
The day was quite nice with some clouds in the sky but at the moment I went out, it's almost sunny.
The destination is the Fort-Carre of Antibes which is a nice place for a 5 kilometer recovery run. Also it turned out to be interesting as there were many people there in the playground just beside the Fort-Carre and actually they were having some football matches.
Voila, here is the result, 6.17 kilometers in almost 39 minutes.
