I aggregate all these 14 workouts of the later half year 2013. During this period I ran only at work in the forest of Sophia Antipolis and I took more or less the same route of about 6 kilometers. That sums up to about 75 kilometers.

Finally, for 2013, I ran in total 153 kilometers in 27 workouts, even less than the last year. That is not as good as planned. I must try to be more active, and I aim at 500 kilometers for 2014, that means 10 kilometers minimum each week, not easy.
