Wednesday's run was cancelled because something urgent, so I ran this Thursday 12 Jan. The day was not as good as Wednesday but it's still very comfortable.
I took the usual circle which is about 5.5 kilometer, in 36 minutes, without record. iPhone died out just at the beginning. Feel great after the run.

Run No. 79. The first run of 2012
It was a very very nice day last Saturday here although it was raining or snowing almost everywhere else in France. The nice day should not be wasted so I went out running and that was my first run of 2012.
I completed about 9.5 kilometers in one hour, no data recorded by iPhone, I event did not bother myself to launch the application. I know it will not last to the end of the run.
Also I think I need to continue the Wednesday's run, run only once a week is not enough. So let go this Wednesday!

Run No. 78. The last run of 2011
The 31 December 2011, it's the last day of the year. Also, it has been one month since my last run, that's incredible! What did I do last month?! The day is ideal, sunny, 15 degree, no wind... so why not finish this year with a run!
Slowly, I finished 7.5kilo, so did my iPhone (what a surprise!)
Oh yes, it's with the Nike+'s last update, version 3.3, released at 19th Dec. However, it does not seem to be the reason why it finished the run, it's really a problem of iPhone, in particular its battery.
So, this run concludes the year 2011, and with this 7.3 kilometers, I have ran in total 422 kilometers in this year. Let's run more in the coming 2012, say 500 kilometers so that I can keep the Run Back To Beijing mission in track.

Run No. 77 Cap d'Antibes
Last Sunday was really a nice day for running. I went out at 3:18pm came back at 4:21pm. So in 1h and 4 minutes I ran 11.5 kilometers, a pace of 5.6min/kilometer.
Unfortunately I have to make all this calculation by myself because my iPhone dies too often making Nike+ GPF unusable so I decided not using it at all. Then it's time to think seriously about getting a more reliable running GPS watch.
As I'm now so familiar with the route, I reconstructed it with Google map, here it is:

Run No. 76 Cap d'Antibes
Sunday again. The Sunday's run becomes more important as the Wednesday's run is often cancelled because there is always something comes up...
Ran another time a round of the Cap, just this time, I got out a bit earlier than before so I managed to get back before the sunset. It turned out a much better plan.
Once again, my iPhone died out during the run. Although it last a bit longer than the last time, it died at 9.11 kilometer. So once again, I have to do some calculation to know my result: 12 kilometers in 1h14 minutes.
Let's see where iPhone died out:

Run No. 75 Cap d'Antibes
Today is the day of the "Marathon des Alpes-Maritimes, Nice-Cannes", which goes through Antibes, where I live. I didn't participate, I'm not yet at that level :D
Anyway, I went out running in the afternoon when the routes are free from the event. I took the same route to the Cap d'Anitbes, made a tour and came back via Antibes center. It took me about 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete about 12 kilometers. I said "about" because my iPhone died again during the run, at about 9 kilometers so I got only partial data of this run.
Another thing to note is the temperature became quite low late afternoon, so next time, I need to wear a little more than just a shirt and a short.
Anyway, partial data is here.

Run No. 74 Cap d'Antibes
We had lot of rain last week and even flood in some places. It turned good only three days ago. So the Sunday's run can be continued finally.
I went out late afternoon when the sun was still warm. Started with a faster pace than usual just because I haven't run often recently so saved lot of energy.
However, iPhone died again right at the start. Maybe it's time to replace it with the last 4Gs ? Or wait for the 5? Anyway, I can imagine it will stop working in two years, maybe I need something more credible ? Something like a Garmin?
So 10kilo in 60min with no record for today.
