Today it's jogging rather than running. Went out with a colleague who just started his first run after a long time without exercises.
As a start, I suggest we go with a really slow pace, it seems he did it quite well and finally we made a u turn at about 1.8 kilometers. It's about just the right distance and pace for him to start. For me it's quite relaxing. I felt great.
So 3.6 kilometers in 27.4 minutes.
