After to two months without a run, I finally found some time to go out running this Sunday afternoon. It was a very nice winter afternoon and the sun can still make me feel warm.
I set out with a lower pace than usual until I reached the beach. Then I ran a little faster for about a kilometer. Stopped at the playground watching a football game. Then continue slowly back to home.
So I ran 6 kilometers and I didn't feel any tiredness, it was very relaxing.
