Wednesday's run is back, but just one day later for this week :D
So today I was alone and I took the usual route. The weather is fairly nice, only a bit windy. I hadn't brought the heart rate monitor, but anyway, I ran at a moderate pace of about 6 min/kilo which won't break my heart.
The result: 5.78 kilometers in 35 minutes.

Run No. 86. Cap d'Antibes
I have been busy during the last two weeks so I haven't went out running these days. This makes me feel more and more uncomfortable. So finally today, I have some time to run.
I felt a bit tired at the beginning, heart rate went directly up to about 150 bpm at start. Then after climbing a 50m slop, I saw it's about 180 on the watch. I slowed down so to let my heart beat not beyond 180. I felt better after arriving the Cap, which is about 5 kilometers. Then I started to have some pain on my left keen but I still managed to end at 11 kilometers.
Result:
11 kilometers in 71 minutes.

Run No. 85. Cap d'Antibes
The cold days are gone finally. This sunny Saturday, we have about 15C this afternoon. I went out running with my new gift: a Garmin Forerunner 210 ! So it's the first test workout of this watch.
Put the heart rate monitor on, the watch detected it right away. Went outside, locating the satellite takes about 30 seconds, correct. Then all what I need to do is just to push the start/stop button to start/pause the run. So nothing more to say during the run, the usual route, the usual pace.
When I pushed the start/stop button for the last time to finish this run, the distance displayed on the screen is 11.4 kilometers. Then push the lap/reset for 3 seconds to save the run. Done.
After the run, simply upload the data to Garmin Connect website, I have the route displayed in Google map (I can also choose to display on Bing map, but I still prefer Google), three charts: Timing, Elevation and Heart Rate.

Run No. 84. Sophia Antipolis
The last two weeks have been the worst days I've ever had since long. Bad weather, snowy, cold. Problems at work, busy, tired. Finally it's the weekend and surprisingly, there is the sun coming out. So let's go out running!
As usual, 11 kilometers in 70 minutes without records. Although I still felt quite cold at the beginning, I totally got used to the temperature after 20 minutes. I felt much better after the ran, precisely, after a warm bath at home.

Run No. 83. Sophia Antipolis
Once again, it was Wednesday. I went out with four colleagues, three of them run quite fast, we took more or less the same route as the last Wednesday. But this time I felt much better.
We finally ran 52 minutes, so around 8.5 kilometers.

Run No. 82. Cap d'Antibes
Went another run last Saturday, so it was the 21st January. The weather was just great. I ran 12 kilometers in 68 minutes, no records.
I felt just great after, the regular run from the beginning of the year started to show its effect.

Run No. 81. Sophia Antipolis
Again, the Wednesday's run is back. Today, I ran with other four colleagues and three of them, it's my first time to run with.
We took their usual trail which is almost new to me. The trail is quite nice, totally in the mountain, no noise, no car waste gas. It's a bit longer than my usual trail, although I don't have record for this ran (guess what, iPhone died just before the run ) , I know we ran during 55 minutes, with a normal pace so it's about 9 kilometers.
Just feel great!
