Run No. 90. Port d'Antibes

Just recovered from the sickness last week, today, I cannot run as long as usual. So only a jogging of 4kilometers around the Antibes port, enjoyed a little rich man's life.

Here is the result, must run more the coming week to catch up with this month's goal, 60 kilometers in March but now only 30 accomplished.

Run No. 89. Sophia Antipolis

Today it's jogging rather than running. Went out with a colleague who just started his first run after a long time without exercises.

As a start, I suggest we go with a really slow pace, it seems he did it quite well and finally we made a u turn at about 1.8 kilometers. It's about just the right distance and pace for him to start. For me it's quite relaxing. I felt great.

So 3.6 kilometers in 27.4 minutes.

Run No. 88. Sophia Antipolis

Temperature becomes higher and higher recently and when I went out running this noon, it feels like in the summer already.

I ran a usual round of 5.7 kilometers in 34 minutes. Just a little bit faster than the last time. However, I continue to sweat even after a cool shower.

Run No. 87. Sophia Antipolis

Wednesday's run is back, but just one day later for this week :D

So today I was alone and I took the usual route. The weather is fairly nice, only a bit windy. I hadn't brought the heart rate monitor, but anyway, I ran at a moderate pace of about 6 min/kilo which won't break my heart.

The result: 5.78 kilometers  in 35 minutes.

Run No. 86. Cap d'Antibes

I have been busy  during the last two weeks so I haven't went out running these days. This makes me feel more and more uncomfortable. So finally today, I have some time to run.

I felt a bit tired at the beginning, heart rate went directly up to about 150 bpm at start. Then after climbing a 50m slop, I saw it's about 180 on the watch. I slowed down so to let my heart beat not beyond 180. I felt better after arriving the Cap, which is about 5 kilometers. Then I started to have some pain on my left keen but I still managed to end at 11 kilometers.

Result:
11 kilometers in 71 minutes.
