Run No. 52 Sophia-Antipolis

This Wednesday, two of my friends and me, we decided to run in the morning instead of noon because it's cooler :D We planned to start at 8am but I was a bit late so they went before me. It was a little hard at the beginning, but after that I felt really nice.

Here is the result:

Run No. 51 Cap d'Antibes

It's another great Sunday! After a whole day's wind yesterday, the sky is clear now and the sun heats up the sea water. Our friends invited us to the beach, great but you girls go by car, I go by running :D I modified my usual route in order to arrive not too late. I cut through the Cap d'Antibes and I expected to run about five kilometers. However, I was somewhat lost in the alley and I ran 8.2 kilo finally. Fortunately I had saved enough strength to swim a little and I felt really good in the fresh sea water.

Here is the result:

Run No. 50 Cap d'Antibes

50th Run! It was yesterday but I was too tired to write anything :(

I went again to the Cap d'Antibes but this time I was a little late, almost 17:00 so there were more cars on the road, made me feeling a little busy, :D not sure busy is the correct word.

Anyway, it was quite hot so I had a hard time during the run and I tried a lot to accomplish 11 kilometers.

I kept telling myself: I have the right to slow down, I even have the right to stop for a moment but I have no right to abandon!

I tried to distribute my strength, to regulate my breath, to run under shadows, ... so I can finish the run. And finally I made it!

Here is the result, it's not the best result ever, but if the temperature is taken into account, it's not a bad result at all:

Run No. 49 Sophia-Antipolis

Yet another Wednesday's run! Not too hot, not cold neither of course. We are three and we finished just before a heavy rain, what a good timing :D although we had to finish our second sandwich inside because of the rain.  Yes, it rains quite a lot recently, we had already another heavy rain last Sunday, which ruined my Sunday's run :(

OK, so for today, we ran at a normal pace, the usual cycle. Here is the result.

Run No. 48 Sophia-Antipolis

I went alone running yesterday for the Wednesday's run. It was a cool day which is ideal for running. But the Nike+ GPS still refused to launch so I finally reinstalled it before running. It worked again but a have everything rest to zero, no total kilometers, no history, nothing on the iPhone. Doesn't matter, I still have the history data on the Nike+ Website.

OK, a new start! I ran the usual circle, a little faster, here is the result. I also noticed there is a "like" bubble on the top-right of the screen, not sure it's new or not.
