It's been one month since my last run! Has been really busy recently especially with my second son born at the end of May...
But today, I managed to went out for a run. As it's been quite a while that I haven't run, I started with a slow pace, but soon it turned out that it's still hard to keep this pace. I have to recover.
There was no record for this run, the watch has run out of battery because I haven't used it for a whole month. The distance is about 4 kilometers.
